The Cape May Whale Watcher and the Spirit of Cape May are the only USCG certified vessel operating from Cape May that can accomodate large groups. The vessels have a combined licensed and insured capacity of over 600 passengers. Other vessels in the area are limited to 149 passengers. Ample parking is available for cars and buses. Bus permits are not needed. We are located outside of Cape May City at the Miss Chris Marina, Lower Township, on the entrance to town.
Special Note: If you are planning a group trip aboard the Cape May Whale Watcher, you may want to allow a few minutes in your schedule for shopping at the Dancing Dolphin Gift Shop after the trip. The gift shop is located dockside by the boat. It features a wonderful collection of gifts, custom embroidered clothing, jewelry, children's toys, and lighthouse memoribilia.
